We regret to inform you that, after more than 30 years in the City, The Wine Press will cease trading after close of business on Friday 12 March 2010.

We have very much enjoyed your company over the years and would like to thank you for your valued custom and loyal support.

Our sister restaurant , TEMPIO, just a few minutes walk away in Temple Avenue, will continue trading.
Tempio offers a similar menu and wine list to the Wine Press in cosy surroundings with the benefit of al fresco drinking and dining. You will find one or two familiar faces behind the bar and we very much hope you will come and see us there.

Please note that The Wine Press will be closed for a private function from 5 pm on the 12th, so please drop by for an informal farewell party on the evening of Thursday 11 March.

From Fetter Lane turn left into Fleet Street, cross over and take the first right into Bouverie Street which leads into Temple Avenue, Tempio is located on the right hand side within Temple Chambers.
